JC skillfully uses seasonal ingredients to create menus for various tastes and dietary needs. Guests can enjoy a special experience for a quiet dinner, gathering, or celebration. The restaurant combines local Thai flavors with inspirations of Latin American and Mediterranean cuisines using high-quality ingredients, including homegrown produce and fresh bread. Offering homemade cheeses, smoked meats, and both vegan and traditional options, we focus on freshness in every meal—from hearty breakfasts to elegant dinners—providing a unique culinary experience.

We emphasize sustainable luxury and aim to reduce environmental impact. We utilize solar lights for our facilities, conserve water with efficient systems and cultivate native plants in our gardens. Our waste management practices prioritize recycling and composting. Additionally, we source local, organic food for our restaurant to reduce carbon footprints and support local farmers. The Hideaway Farm complements the village with additional space to gather, create, and explore. Set in Mae Hi, an up-and-coming village with stunning sunsets and open landscapes, the farm hosts workshops, artist studios, special events, retreats, and evolving hospitality experiences. As the Hideaway vision continues to grow, the farm provides room for new opportunities, meaningful connections, and unforgettable experiences rooted in nature.
Guests of The Hideaway Village wished to extend their experience in Pai, so we developed an artist-resident program, featuring long term Accommodations & Studios known as ‘CoLabs’. Each studio is custom tailored to support the artist in their passion and productivity.
